Now In: Return Policy

A customer may return items back to BingoShop.com only if it has been unused and still has all of the original packaging. The customer must contact BingoShop within 14 days of delivery of the item about the possibility of an item being returned. The return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. Upon return of the item to BingoShop, we will contact the customer to arrange a refund, or exchange of product. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
